Steve has been preaching here at R&C for 15 years now, and has been working in full-time ministry for over 45 years.
Jacob Mayfield
Campus Minister
Jacob came to R&C in 2015 as our Youth Minister. He transitioned into Ministry with the Bears For Christ (UCA) in 2020.
Daniel Parrish
Youth Minister
Daniel began his work as our Youth Minister in 2020 after graduating from CRC. Jacob has been his mentor since he was a teenager.

Family Life Minister
Michael began his work with R&C in 2022. Michael and Jacob grew up in the same church in Mountain Home, AR.
